Welcome!
We are thrilled to expand Soundscapes into the Chesterfield area with the addition of a pilot program at Beulah Recreation Center.
The after-school program will take place January 12 – May 27th on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 – 6:30 p.m.
Learn the fundamentals of music in a fun and free Soundscapes Level 1 class for students 8-10 years old! Key Concepts such as rhythm, note reading, and playing as an ensemble will be taught using bucket drums, recorders, and electronic instruments.
Class Includes:
• Instruments and supplies
• After-school snacks
• Caring mentors
• A safe place during after-school hours
After registering with Chesterfield Parks & Recreation at the link above, families will also be asked to provide additional information to Soundscapes.
Students at Beulah and Falling Creek Elementary Schools also have transportation available.
